INSPECTION & TESTING

Every part we produce is subjected to a comprehensive range of inspection and testing processes to ensure it meets the highest quality and performance standards. Our advanced testing services, such as X-ray inspection, ultrasonic testing, and dynamic/static balancing, help us verify the integrity and precision of each component, guaranteeing durability and reliability in even the most demanding applications. By leveraging cutting-edge techniques, we ensure that every project we handle is meticulously evaluated to exceed our customers' expectations.

Types of quality assurance

X-RAY INSPECTION

X-ray Inspection is a non-destructive testing method that uses high-energy X-rays to examine the internal structure of a part without damaging it. This technique allows us to detect internal defects, such as cracks, voids, or inclusions, that are not visible to the naked eye, ensuring the integrity and quality of components. It’s an essential tool for verifying the safety and reliability of parts used in critical applications.

ULTRASONIC TESTING

Ultrasonic Testing (UT) is a non-destructive testing method that uses high-frequency sound waves to detect internal flaws in materials. By sending sound waves through the part and analyzing their reflection, we can accurately identify any imperfections, such as cracks or voids, without damaging the component. This precise testing method ensures the structural integrity and quality of parts, making it ideal for critical applications.

DYNAMIC & STATIC BALANCING

Dynamic and Static Balancing are testing methods used to ensure rotating parts, like shafts or wheels, are balanced for optimal performance. Static balancing checks for even weight distribution when the part is at rest, while dynamic balancing evaluates how the part behaves when in motion. These processes help eliminate excessive vibration, reduce wear, and extend the lifespan of the equipment, ensuring smooth, reliable operation in demanding applications.
