CASTING
SAND CASTING

01

Sand casting is a metal casting process that involves creating a mold from sand made up of clay & other additives to form metal parts. This process is ideal for large components & versatile + cost-effective for producing complex shapes due to its lower dimensional accuracy.

INVESTMENT CASTING

02

Investment casting, also known as lost wax casting, involves creating a wax or plastic pattern of the final part coated with ceramic material to form metal parts. This process is capable of producing highly accurate and complex parts with smoother surfaces, making it ideal for parts in aerospace & medical industries.

03

SHELL MOLD CASTING

Shell mold casting uses an expendable mold made from a sand and resin, creating a thin shell that hardens. Two shell halves are then joined to form the complete mold. This process allows for complex geometries and good dimensional accuracy, but the mold is destroyed after each casting

PERMANENT MOLD CASTING

Permanent mold casting uses a reusable steel or cast iron mold that is filled with molten metal, usually by gravity pouring or machine-controlled tilt pouring. The mold is reused again and again to produce multiple castings with good surface finish, tight tolerances, and low porosity.

DIE CASTING

Die casting is a process where molten metal is forced under high pressure into a mold cavity machined out of two hardened tool steel dies, functioning similarly to an injection mold. This process is best suitable  for high-volume production of small to medium-sized parts with excellent dimensional accuracy.

CENTRIFUGAL CASTING

Centrifugal casting uses a re-usable cylindrical mold that spins at high speeds and spreads the molten lava towards the edge creating a cylindrical hollow shape. This process best produces cylindrical parts, while offering high material integrity.

FABRICATION
FORGING
MACHINING

Forging involves shaping metal using compressive forces through hammering, pressing, or rolling, resulting in parts with superior strength and durability, ideal for high-stress applications in large equipment.

Machining precisely removes material from a workpiece using cutting, drilling, or milling techniques to create intricate and accurate components essential for complex machinery, ensuring high precision & repeatability.

EXTRUSION

Forcing material through a die to create long parts with uniform cross-sections, used for aluminum structural components, which enables the production of complex cross-sectional shapes and profiles. Our in-house experts can provide insights and support to ensure the highest quality and performance of your extruded parts.
